Autoship is an easy and convenient way to set up repeat deliveries of all your pet’s favorite Tartar Shield Products! You can customize the schedule of each product in your Autoship making sure you never run out plus with every Autoship order you save an extra 5%.
Yes! Go to My Account and select “Scheduled Orders” from the left-hand navigation. Here you will find all your Autoship scheduled orders with options to adjust your shipments to fit your pet’s schedule.
During checkout or on your Scheduled Orders page, you have the option to set your scheduled orders every 30 days, 60 days, or 90 days.
Yes! You have the option to have as many schedule orders as you need. However, we recommend having a single Autoship Order as you pay the shipping on every order.
Tartar Shield is passwordless! During checkout, we automatically create an account for every customer and their account is automatically activated.
When you returns to log in for the first time. Instead of old-school password-based account logins, you'll simply type in your email, get a four-digit code to via SMS or email, and enter the code to log in.
Login to your account and click on the Autoship you wish to edit. You then click the three dots that say "More" and next click "Change payment method." From there, we will send you asecure link via email to update your credit card. Please note that this option will apply to your future scheduled Autoship orders and will not change your order if it has already processed.

Yes! Login to your account and click on the Autoship you wish to customize. You then click the three dots that say "More" and next click "Edit frequency." From there you can change the date of your next Autoship along with customizing your frequency using the "customer interval" button. Please note that this option will apply to your future scheduled Autoship orders and will not change your order if it has already processed. If you would like to change an order that has been processed, please contact or Customer Care Team.
