Subscription Orders
Our subscription program, known as Autoship, allows you to conveniently set up recurring orders for products of your choice at a frequency that suits your needs. You can establish multiple recurring orders and customize the shipping frequency with a subscription.
In the event that a product becomes unavailable for a scheduled delivery, we will notify you in advance, giving you the option to modify your order. This may include selecting a replacement product or even canceling the order for that particular delivery.

The subscription itself is free of charge, and you will only be charged for the shipping and products included in each shipment when they are sent out. If you use a promotional discount for your first subscription order, please note that the discount will only apply to that initial order. Subsequent orders will be billed at the full price of the products. Promotions do not apply to recurring subscription orders, unless stated at the time of purchase.
You will have access to your subscriber area at all times, allowing you to make changes to your recurring orders. This includes modifying the products ordered, adjusting quantities, changing shipment frequencies, updating delivery or billing addresses, and more. Additionally, you can modify or cancel a specific order as long as the request is made no later than 1 business days before the next scheduled shipment date. All orders are placed as flat-rate, standard deliveries, which is generally delivered, not guaranteed, between 3 to 10 business days from the date of placing your order. For subscription orders are subject to standard delivery terms unless list otherwise. If the final day of the delivery period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the delivery will be automatically rescheduled for the next working day. Please note that orders may be delivered in multiple parcels to ensure efficient shipping.

Tartar Shield retains the right to make price adjustments at its sole discretion, without prior notice. However, any such changes will not impact orders that have already been placed or subscription orders that have already been dispatched. You will always be billed based on the price displayed on the website at the time of your order.
As a subscriber, you may, not guaranteed, receive advance notification via email or sms regarding any price changes before your next scheduled delivery. You will be notified via email or sms three days before your next scheduled delivery. Your acceptance of subscription deliveries after receiving such notice will signify your agreement to the revised prices. If you do not agree with the price changes, you have the option to cancel your subscription at any time directly from your user account before the order has been processed and/orfulfilled.
Please note that price changes within a subscription do not apply to orders placed using a promotion. Promotions are applicable only to the purchase listed within the promotion terms and do not extend to subsequent orders.

Payment

After seven billing attempts on a subscription, your subscription will be automatically canceled until any errors are corrected within your account.
Discount codes
When using a discount code, please ensure that you enter the applicable code in the designated "Discount" field during the checkout process. Please note that discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions or coupons, unless stated in the promotion's terms and at the time of purchase. Only one discount code can be used per transaction, and the discounted amount will be deducted from the subtotal balance of the shopping cart.
For subscription orders, discount codes are only applicable to the first order, unless stated at the time of purchase. Subsequent subscription orders will be charged at the full price of the products ordered.
